Egg Pizza

Frittatas are a great way to use miscellaneous ingredients.  I have leftover brunch bake.  It was made of hash brown potatoes, mushrooms, green pepper and scrambled eggs.  My husband feels the name of Egg Pizza is more fitting, so we will go with that.
