Chicken Pie Cups

I cooked 2 lbs of chicken breast today.  Now I am a few steps ahead preparing dinners this week.  Tonight I made little chicken pot pies with no tops...hence chicken pie cups.  Any variety of vegetables would be great in these individual cups.  I would like to have frozen peas to add next time.  Only 150 calories for each chicken cup.  These would make a nice appetizer too.  Everything I used is a part of my basic pantry inventory and stocked freezer.  The recipe and pictures are listed on my Kitchen Delicious page.  I will post my pantry inventory suggestions and freezer basics later this week.
